These terms are the agreement between you and Ravn when you use our app and website. By downloading, installing or using Ravn, you agree to them.
1. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use Ravn on devices you own, for the plan you purchased. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Ravn only:
- on devices you personally own or are authorised to manage;
- in line with the terms of the apps and services you access with it;
- lawfully — never to deceive, defraud, stalk, harass or harm anyone, evade law enforcement, or gain access to accounts or systems that aren't yours.
You are responsible for how you use Ravn. Misuse may result in suspension of your licence without refund.
3. What Ravn is
Ravn is an independent location-simulation and privacy tool built on Apple's own developer APIs. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Snap Inc., or any other company or app named on our site. No jailbreak is required and your device stays stock.
4. Payment & subscriptions
Prices are shown at checkout and billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Lifetime licences are a one-time payment. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Availability
We work to keep Ravn reliable but provide it "as is". Third-party apps and operating-system updates can change how location or connectivity behaves, and some services with active anti-spoofing may not be affected by Ravn. We don't guarantee any specific app will behave a certain way.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ravn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or the services you access with it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
7. Termination
You can stop using Ravn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms and will post changes here. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, unless required otherwise by your local consumer law.
