We want you to only pay for Ravn if it actually works for you. That's why every plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee.

The guarantee

If Ravn doesn't change your iPhone's location within 7 daysof your purchase, email us and we'll refund you in full — no forms, no interrogation.

How to request a refund

• Email hello@ravnvpn.com from the address on your account.
• Include your licence key or order email.
• We process eligible refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan anytime and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After the 7-day window, we don't refund the remainder of a running subscription period, but you won't be billed again once cancelled.

Lifetime licences

Lifetime purchases are covered by the same 7-day guarantee. After 7 days, a lifetime licence is non-refundable.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under your local consumer law, which we always honour.
