Privacy Policy

Ravn is built around privacy, so we keep this simple: we collect the minimum needed to run your account and licence, we never log your VPN activity, and your encrypted vault never leaves your device. This policy explains exactly what that means.

1. What we collect

• Account email — to create your account and let you sign in on your devices.
• Licence & purchase data — your plan, licence key and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Basic diagnostics — anonymous crash and error reports to keep the app stable. You can opt out in the app.

2. What we do NOT collect

• No VPN logs. We do not record the sites you visit, your traffic, DNS queries or connection timestamps.
• No location history. The locations you set on the map are processed on your computer and are not sent to us.
• No vault access. Your Vault (passwords & notes) is encrypted on your device with a key only you hold. We cannot read it and never receive it.

3. How we use your data

Only to provide the service: authenticate you, validate your licence, process payments and renewals, send essential service emails, and provide support when you contact us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Service providers

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Supabase — authentication and the account database.
• Email provider — sending sign-in links and receipts.

Each processes data only on our instructions to deliver the service.

5. Data retention

We keep account and licence data while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (e.g. invoices).

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Email privacy@ravnvpn.comand we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Your vault uses AES-256 with a key derived on your device. We restrict internal access to account data to what is strictly necessary.

8. Changes

We'll post any changes here and update the date above. Significant changes will be announced by email.
